Bombay: A local court in India has summoned actor Salman Khan along with his bodyguard on April 5 over the incident of snatching a journalist's phone, on which the actor reached the Mumbai High Court.

Leading actor Salman Khan has filed a petition in the Mumbai High Court seeking removal of summons notice against him. The hearing on Salman Khan's request is likely to be held today.
It is to be noted that the dispute between the actor and the journalist took place on April 24, 2019 when Salman Khan, while riding a bicycle, allegedly snatched the mobile phone of a journalist who was trying to take a picture of him.
The journalist then filed a "private complaint" in the court as the local police had allegedly refused to register a case against Salman Khan.
The journalist alleged that he was taking pictures with the permission of Salman Khan's bodyguards but still they insulted me and the actor snatched my phone.
Salman is currently busy with his upcoming film "Tiger 3".
