The Ruler of Bahrain meets with the President of France

 King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain met with French President Emmanuel Macron in Paris on Monday.

According to a statement released by Bahrain's official news agency, the French president welcomed the ruler of Bahrain at a grand reception at the Elysee Palace.

In the meeting between the King of Bahrain and the French President, regional and international developments and issues of common concern were discussed along with ways to enhance relations between the two countries.

On this occasion, the Ruler of Bahrain thanked the French President for his efforts to strengthen the historical relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries and people.

He also emphasized the role of France as the main pillar for security and stability in the world.

In the meeting, the two leaders expressed their determination to solve the problems through peaceful diplomatic means, to reject terrorism, violence and extremism.

The two leaders also discussed the environmental challenges facing the world.
