Announcement of "Saudi Idol" talent show on the style of Indian Idol

 Riyadh: On the pattern of India's Indian Idol, the government also announced a talent show program called "Saudi Idol".

According to media reports, the chairman of the board of directors of Saudi Arabia's General Authority for Entertainment, Turki Al-Sheikh, launched the unique Saudi program "Saudi Idol". Iraqi composer Majid Ali will join.

The Saudi program will be presented in partnership with MBS Group and General Entertainment Authority, which will be broadcast in two phases.

The first phase of Arab Idol will start from mid-December, which will be experimental in nature. After that, the second phase of live shows will be started on 11 January 2023.

It should be noted that such a program is being presented for the first time in the history of Saudi Arabia.
